PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package board for integrating hybrid light which can satisfy a low loss optical waveguide function, an optical bench function and a high frequency electrical wiring function. SOLUTION: The package board for integrating hybrid light contains a quartz series optical waveguide 60 composed of an underclad 60c, a core 60b and an overclad 60a formed on a Si substrate 1 and an electrical wiring layer having a coplanar wiring 61 which is attached to the underclad 60c or the overclad 60a of the quartz series optical waveguide 60 and is composed of a central conductor 61a and a grounded conductor 61b. In this package board for integrating hybrid light, the quartz series optical waveguide 60 having >=50 μm thickness is formed between the electrical wiring layer and the Si substrate 1.
