PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine, capable of halving the fuel cost thereof, eliminating exhaustion of pollutants including CO2, and supplying heat, electricity, and cold heat so as to urgently prevent a global warming, reduce an electric power fee, and reduce an environmental pollution by cars. SOLUTION: The outer wall of a combustor and heat exchanger of an engine, with built-in steam gas turbines, is formed in a spiral water-cooled outer wall unit assembly structure including conduit tubes, and the heating amount of fuel which is approximately four times that of prior art is converted into the extremely superheated steam, in a high pressure atmosphere with a same compressed air volume to a theoretical air/fuel ratio to near the gas turbine exhaust gas temperature to -273 deg.C. Specific power is increased by condensed water, dry ice, or liquid nitrogen with a gravitational power being markedly increased by increasing a unit volume mass 1,700 to 1,000 times, and an evaporated film is formed in a space thereof from a heated turbine blade to markedly reduce a frictional loss, so as to eliminate the waste of a reheating steam turbine. Thus, the heating efficiency of the steam and gas combination turbine engine can be increased to approximate 80%, the structure thereof can be simplified, and the specific power can be increased significantly.
