PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable (CF3)2N- salt for a lithium ion battery or the like and to provide a method for producing the salt and a method for introducing (CF3)2N- into organic compounds using the salt. SOLUTION: This compound is represented by general formula I. [([R1(CR2R3)k]1Ax)yKt]+ -N(CF3)2... (I) (Kt is N, P, As, Sb, S or Se; A is N, P, P (O), O, S, S (O), SO2, As, As (O), Sb or Sb (O); R1 to R3 are each H, a halogen, a substituted/non-substituted alkyl CnH2n+1, a 1-18C >=1 double bond- bearing substituted/non-substituted alkenyl, a 1-18C >=1 triple bond-bearing substituted/non-substituted alkynyl, a substituted/non-substituted cycloalkyl CmH2m-1, monosubstituted or polysubstituted/non-substituted phenyl or heteroaryl; k is an integer of 0-6; l is a integer of 1-2 when x=1 or 1 when x=0; y is an integer of 1-4; n is a integer of 1-18; m is a integer of 3-7). And to provide a method for producing the compound of general formula I by reacting a compound of general formula II: D+-N(CF3)2 (D+ is an alkali metal) with a compound of general formula III: [R1(CR2R3)k]lAx)yKt]+ -E (Kt, A, R1, R2, R3, k, l, x and y are the same as the above mentioned; -E is F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, BF4-, ClO4-, AsF6-, SbF6-, or PF6-) in a polar solvent.
