PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection bag for an electric vacuum cleaner, which done little damage by pressure and can keep superior collecting ability and durability for long time usage and the electric vacuum cleaner provided with the dust collection bag. SOLUTION: A dust collection bag for an electric vacuum cleaner is made of a laminated filter medium, which is arranged with at least one medium layer of melt-blow non-woven fabric electret between at least each one layer of inner layer materials 3 and 3' and outer layer materials 1 and 1' using wet or dry non-woven fabric. Flaps 5 of the laminated filter mediums are piled each other to form a tubular body. Edges of the tubular body are folded back and adhered each other to form sealed and folded edge portions of the tubular body 4 and 4' having a suction mouth at an inhalation face. Adhesives 9, 10 and 11 penetrate the inner layer materials 3 and the outer layer materials 1' to the melt-blow non-woven fabrics 2 and 2' to adhere all together and one edge of the outer layer material 1 and the other edge of the outer layer materials 1' is adhered directly by another adhesive 12.
