PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated piping structure in which construction work is facilitated, a piping length can be shortened and measures at a time when there is the possibility of freezing is facilitated. SOLUTION: In a detached house, a header 7 connected to a water-supply main pipe 9 is installed into a pit 6 having a fixed depth arranged under the first floor of a building, and branch pipes 10 are extended up to each position of water supply on the indoor side from the header 7. The branch pipe is composed of a crosslinked polyethylene pipe with a heat-insulating material. Drip holes 16, 18, 19 for preventing freezing are formed under the first floor.
