PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monomer feeding device for an aggregate cement feeding system that is effective in preventing monomer steam or liquid from leaking out. SOLUTION: This monomer feeding device 1 includes a sealed body part 2 having a chamber 3 sized to receive a monomer ampoule 4, a collar 12 having blades 16, 17 attached to the body part 2 and adapted to cut the ampoule 4, and a spout 20 attached to the collar 12 for discharging the monomer.
