Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rotationsprägeeinrichtung (10) mit zwei rotierenden Prägewerkzeugen, in Form einer Patrize (11) und einer Matrize (12), zum Einbringen von Prägungen, insbesondere Blindenschrift, in Bedruckstoffe, wie Faltschachtelzuschnitte (2). Dabei ist der Durchmesser (d1,d2) der Patrize auf den Abstand der Vorderkante eines ersten zu prägenden Bedruckstoffes und der Vorderkante eines nachfolgend zu prägenden Bedruckstoffes abgestimmt. Weiter betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des optimalen Durchmessers einer Patrize einer Rotationsprägeeinrichtung zur Maximierung der Produktivität der Rotationsprägeeinrichtung.

The invention relates to a rotary embossing unit (10) with two rotary embossing tools, in the form of a male mold (11) and a die (12), for introducing influences, especially Braille, in substrates such as folding box (2).
