摘要：
The aim of the invention is to configure a fixing device (11) with at least one component (17) on a mounting plate (12) in such a way that no permanent damage occurs during a predetermined tightening of the fixing device (11) on the mounting plate (12). To achieve this a retaining part (13) of the fixing device (11) has a shoulder (18) at a point of connection with the mounting plate (12) and a spacer body (14) of said fixing device (11) has a double bush (20) comprising an exterior sleeve (21) and an interior sleeve (22). The position allocation of the two sleeves (21, 22) is carried out in such a way that during the tightening of the fixing device (11), the interior bush (22) comes to rest on the shoulder (18) and the feeding of the mounting plate (12) into the spacer body (14) is limited. The fixing device (11) is preferably designed for use in the automotive industry.
