The invention relates to a curtain (10) for dividing large spaces into smaller compartments. To improve these curtains (10) is proposed that the longitudinal profiles (11) to which the curtain webs (12) are suspended, to connect with the console parts (16), and such a support structure (17) to produce. On this support structure (17) then are all essential components (18-20,22,23) of the drive, in the interest of high shirring and the lowering of the curtain webs (12), arranged. Also, the curtain webs (12) are connected to the support structure (17). The support structure (17) and the remaining components (12,18-20,22,23) of the curtain (10) thus form a unit. The curtain can thus be mounted as a complete unit on the ground and are moved by means of several small high features which are temporarily hung on the assembly, in the upper end position. Here, the fastener (13) for the supporting structure in advance on building fortified brackets are hooked only.
