本实用新型微型空压机的传动装置，其特点是，包括小齿轮、大齿轮、同步皮带；小齿轮固设在空压机电机的输出轴上；大齿轮安装在空压机支架的一轴上；小齿轮与大齿轮间由同步皮带连接；大齿轮上设有一偏心孔，该偏心孔通过轴销与空压机气缸内的活塞连杆连接。大齿轮转动时带动空压机活塞连杆往复运动。该传动装置可使传动效率达到98%。

The utility model relates to a transmission device for micro air compressor. The device is characterized in that the device comprises a small gear wheel, a big gear wheel, and a synchronization belt, the small gear wheel is fixed on an output shaft of an air compressor motor, the big gear wheel is provided on one shaft of the air compressor stent, the small gear wheel and the big gear wheel are connected by the synchronization belt there between, and the big gear wheel is provided with a eccentric hole which is connected with a piston link in an air compressor cylinder. When the big gear wheel is rotated, the air compressor piston link is driven to move fro and forth. The transmission efficiency of the transmission device can reach 98%.
