As for each wire connecting terminal, a lead wire accommodating part and a welding bar accommodating part communicated with the lead wire accommodating part are arranged in the screw rod, the lead wire accommodating part is communicated with the bottom part, a lead-out wire is placed in the wire connecting terminal, and the lead-out wire runs through the bottom part and extends into the lead wire accommodating part; one end, far away from the bottom part, of the lead-out wire is wrapped with a metal sleeve tube and is connected with the screw rod in a welded manner. The electric power capacitor depends on a specially designed cross-core type wire connecting terminal, and a high-frequency induction welding technology is used for well welding the lead-out wire intactly in each wire connecting terminal.
