The utility model provides a book stretching and fixing clamp which comprises a clamping groove with a U-shaped section, two supporting plates and two pressing plates. Two ends of the clamping groove are fixedly connected with one end of the supporting plate respectively. The other end of the supporting plate is connected with one end of the pressing plate through an elastic bent clamp. An article storing groove is formed in the pressing plate. The clamping groove is an elastic clamping groove. The pressing plate is a transparent pressing plate. The book stretching and fixing clamp has the advantages of being simple in structure, strong in practicality, convenient to use and capable of improving working efficiency.
