Provided is a hoisted reactive power compensating device. The hoisted reactive power compensating device is characterized by comprising a reactive power compensating device cabinet, cross arm suspending racks, and suspending members. Specially-customized cross arm suspending racks are mounted on the two sides of the reactive power compensating device cabinet. Each cross arm suspending rack comprises a vertical fixing angle plate and a horizontal installing cross arm. Screw holes are disposed on the fixing angle plates and the installing cross arms. The cross arm suspending racks are mounted on the two sides of the reactive power compensating device cabinet by bolts passing through the fixing angle plates. When installed, the reactive power compensating device is firstly hoisted by a hoisting machine to the installing support of a transformer required to be hoisted. Then the suspending members pass through the support and are fixed on the horizontal installing cross arms of the cross arm suspending racks by bolts. The hoisting machine is evacuated after the four suspending members are fastened. And thus the reactive power compensating device is hoisted to the installing support of the transformer. Therefore, not only is occupied space saved, but also simple installation and high feasibility are achieved. And reconstruction is prevented, saving cost.
