A plate type corrugated heat exchanger with a fan comprises at least one corrugated air plate and at least one corrugated water passing plate that are arranged at intervals; the corrugated air plate is separated from the adjacent corrugated water passing plate by a separation plate; all of the corrugated air plate, the separation plate and the corrugated water passing plate are fixed between two fixing plates; sealing structures are arranged between the corrugated air plate and the adjacent separation plate or fixing plate and between the corrugated water passing plate and the adjacent separation plate or fixing plate, so as to form air ducts provided with four enclosed sides and only allowing air to pass through vertically and totally-enclosed water channels only allowing water to pass in and out; the air ducts and the water channels are arranged at intervals; a convex water inlet and a water outlet are formed on one side of each of the fixing plates, the corrugated air plate, the separation plate and the sealing structures among the plates; all the water inlets and the water outlets are communicated with one another to form a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel. An air inlet chamber of the heat exchanger further comprises at least one fan for increasing the air inlet speed. The heat exchanger is small in design space and high in heat exchange efficiency and heat dissipation speed and is a perfect energy-saving product.
