The utility model discloses a transmitting and feedback system used in radio communicating systems. The transmitting and feedback system comprises a customer device and a Node B; wherein, the Node B carries out scheduling operation to an independent functional uplink communication channel; while the customer device carries out transmitting and feedback operation on the scheduled uplink communication channel. The feedback can comprises a communicating channel indicator and an affirmative response or a positive response of a received downlink data. In order to effectively carry out transmitting operation, the feedback can be reused in a plurality of modes.
