摘要：
本发明公开了一种姜提取物及其制备方法，结合超临界二氧化碳流体萃取和柱层析方法，获得了姜辣素含量大于50％的姜提取物。本发明同时公开了这种姜提取物在制备防治肝纤维化的药物中的应用。实验表明，本发明获得的姜提取物，在保肝和抗肝纤维化方面的作用十分显著，可以用于进一步开发新的保肝和抗肝纤维化药物；并且，由于获得了姜辣素含量大于50％的姜提取物，因而可以用于滴丸剂型的制备。

The present invention discloses a kind of ginger extract and its preparation process. The ginger extract with gingerol over 50% is obtained through combined supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and column chromatographic separation. The present invention discloses also the application of the ginger extract in preparing medicine for preventing and treating hepatic fibrosis. Experiment shows that the ginger extract possesses obvious effects of protecting liver and preventing hepatic fibrosis and is suitable for preparing medicine, including dripping pill, for protecting liver and preventing hepatic fibrosis.
