摘要：
本发明公开了一种促肝细胞生长蛋白质的制备工艺及其注射剂制备方法，步骤是：出生一个月内的乳牛或乳猪的肝脏用绞肉机绞碎，采用分散乳化机分散20分钟，加入含0.05％的十二烷基肌氨酸钠，破碎细胞，加热、泠沉沉淀杂蛋白，离子交换等纯化方法获得。其中的主要有效成分2.1万道尔顿蛋白质含量大于60％。含量测定、药效学和毒理学实验结果显示，本发明的促肝细胞生长蛋白质及其注射剂取材更方便容易，成本降低，药理药效与前人研究结果相当。

The invention discloses a preparation process of hepatic cell growth promotion protein and its injection preparation method comprising the following steps, rubbing livers of one month's milking cows or anthony pigs, dispersing 20 minutes, charging 0.05% of sodium lauroyl sarcosine, disintegrating the cells, heating and settling mixed protein, finally purifying through ionic exchange. The main active ingredient of 20 thousand Daltons protein content is greater than 60%.
