摘要：
本发明提供具有能消除应力退火、耐溶剂性优良的绝缘涂层的电工钢板及其制法。该绝缘涂层含有树脂和无机胶体二氧化硅。将用水调制成的涂布液涂布在钢板表面，然后在50～250℃的钢板温度对该绝缘涂层进行烘烤，由此制成电工钢板。

This invention provides insulating blanket electric steel sheets and strips that with capability of stress relieving annealing and solvent resistance good. The blanket contains resin and unorganic colloid silicon dioxide. Coating fluid mixed by water is coated on steel plate surface, then the blanket is baked at 50~2500C of steel plate temperature, finally the electric steel sheets and strips is generated.
