一种砂土焖埋烤烫食品及其炉灶，其方法是先把洗净的食品用金属网包覆裹紧，埋置于锅具的砂土内，由砂土传热使食品可以食用，不仅味美新鲜且吸收砂土内含有的营养物质，其炉灶的炉体由内外层和保温层组成，炉顶装有烟筒，炉底有许多个通气孔，炉体中心形成一通道，两侧分别装有锅具，锅具内置放矿砂砂土，食品也特制的金属网裹紧后埋置于砂土内，燃气废气和锅具的热气由通道和烟筒排出，本炉灶结构简单，效率高。

A kind of food buried and roasted with sand and its stove is to wrap a cleaned food with a metal net tightly and bury in the sand of a pot to heat the food by sand which is not only taste and fresh but also absorbs nutrition from sand. The stove body is composed of inner, outer and warm keeping layers, a chimney is set on the top, many air holes on the bottom, a channel is formed at the center and pots are put on both sides with ore sand in, food is buried in sand after wrapped tightly, fuel waste gas and hot gas from pot are exhausted from the channel and chimney.
