一种分子筛或含分子筛组合物中有机胺模板剂的脱除方法,包括将分子筛或其组合物与一种酸的水溶液混合、干燥并焙烧,所述酸选自硝酸、盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、亚磷酸、氢溴酸和C1－C5的有机酸中的一种或几种,所述酸与分子筛的重量比为0.001－1。采用该方法,可提高脱胺后分子筛的结晶度。
摘要（英）：
The method of eliminating amine template agent from molecular sieve and its composite includes the mixing of molecular sieve or its composite with one kind of water solution of acid, then drying and roasting. The said acid is one or several selected from nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, phosphorous acid, hydrofluoric acid, and C1-C5 organic acid; and the weight ratio between the acid and molecular sieve is 0.001-1. The process and raise the crystallinity of molecular sieve after eliminating amine.
