摘要：
本发明涉及一种用在普通钢铁、不锈钢、铜及铜合金基体上的镍基合金镀层及其该镍合金镀制方法。其特征在于其镀层为含有Ni、Cu、W、P的四元合金。采用的镀液成分为含有硫酸镍、硫酸铜、钨酸钠、柠檬酸钠、次磷酸二氢钠、氨水。本发明的镍基合金镀层具有较高的耐蚀性、耐磨性和较好的导热性。本发明的方法,可以在复杂形状器件上镀出的镀层均匀、牢固、致密。

The present invention relates to a nickel base alloy coat on the general steel and iron, stainless steel, copper and copper alloy substrate and plating method. It is characterized by that said coat is a four-element alloy containing Ni, Cu, W and P, and the composition of the plating solution adopted by said invention contains nickel sulfate, copper sulfate, sodium tungstate, sodium citrate, sodium dihydrogen hypophophite and ammonia water. Said invented nickel base alloy coat possesses higher anticorrosive property, abrasive resistance and thermal conductivity. Said invented method can be used for plating various articles with complex shape to obtain uniform, firm and compact coat.
