摘要：
本发明提供了一种可减少药物吸附的一次性使用输液器及其制备方法,输液器的导管、滴液壶的材质均是聚乙烯,导管与滴液壶、过滤器之间采用过盈装配及加填粘合剂补空隙的方式联接。本发明的优点是大大减少了药物在输液器中的吸附,药物浓度稳定,进药量准确,并且各部件之间的联接牢固性和密闭性均符合PVC输液器的国家标准和临床要求,特别适用于药物易被PVC输液器吸附的输液。

The disposable infusion device has duct and infusion bottle made of polyethylene and the connection between duct and infusion bottle and that between duct and filter are interference fit with adhesive. Compared with available PVC infusion device, the said one has greatly reduced medicine absorption and thus stable medicine concentration and accurate medicine amount while ensuring the required firmness and hermeticity. It is especially suitable for infusion of medicine liquid easy to be absorbed by PVC infusion device.
