A wire inlet notch is formed in the supporting cylinder body, a wire enters the the supporting cylinder body from the wire inlet notch, then the clampingnut rotates to drive the fastening claw to retract inwards to clamp the wire, moreover, wire automatic centering is achieved, it is ensured that a to-be-cut section of the wire is coaxial with the supporting cylinder body, finally, the cutting depth of the electric saw cutting machine is adjusted and fixed, and the driving ring rotates to drive the electric saw cutting machine to perform annular cutting of corresponding depth on the wire, so that damage-free automatic cutting of the cored wire is achieved, and the equipment can be used during overground and high-altitude operation, and the construction efficiency can be greatly improved.
