The invention discloses a modified polypropylene reinforcing material for foaming. The modified polypropylene reinforcing material is prepared from polypropylene, a GMA graft modified elastomer, talcum powder, a chain extender and an accelerant. The modified polypropylene reinforcing material has excellent foaming effect, and can be used for replacing high-melt-strength polypropylene; in addition,due to the introduction of the GMA graft modified elastomer, the material has good polarity, and shows the effect of easy spraying and bonding.
