The invention discloses a method for preparing a bismuth vanadate fluorescence pigment. The method comprises the following steps: S1, at room temperature, weighing a ammonium metavadate solid and fluorine and phosphorus compounds, adding distilled water, further adding NaOH, and stirring the components strongly for 15 minutes so as to obtain a solution I; S2, in an equal molar ratio of the elementvanadium, weighing a bismuth nitrate solid, adding calcium nitrate, and further adding a small amount of concentrated nitric acid to dissolve the components so as to obtain a bismuth nitrate solutionII; S3, adding the solution I into the solution II, and performing stirring for 1 hour so as to obtain a precursor of a bismuth vanadate fluorescence pigment; S4, transferring the mixture solution toa stainless steel reactor, and performing a control reaction; and S5, after the reaction is completed, washing the prepared product by using distilled water and ethanol respectively, and performing drying, so as to obtain a material of the bismuth vanadate fluorescence pigment. The bismuth vanadate fluorescence pigment is scientific and reasonable in structure, and compared with other synthesis methods, the synthesis method has the characteristics of being rapid in reaction velocity, small in energy consumption, high in yield, applicable to low-cost on-scale production, and the like, and is applicable to popularization and application.
