The invention provides a method for separating and measuring different perfluorocycloalkanes based on headspace gas chromatography, and belongs to the technical field of chemical detection. Accordingto the method provided by the invention, sample introduction is performed by using a headspace gas phase method, so that the sensitivity is high, the pollution of a chromatographic column can be effectively avoided, and the service life of the chromatographic column is prolonged; the sample introduction using the headspace gas phase method is combined with gas chromatography separation to quantitatively obtain the content of each perfluorocycloalkane in a mixed sample in the case that each peak area of the perfluorocycloalkane mixed sample is known, furthermore, the method is high in accuracy,good in repeatability and is not affected by other components. The embodiment results show that, the separation degree of any adjacent perfluorocycloalkane is not less than 1.5 when gas chromatography separation is performed by using the method provided by the invention, and the different perfluorocycloalkanes have good separation degrees.
