The invention discloses a joint optimization method for task unloading calculation cost and time delay in the Internet of Vehicles, and the method comprises the steps: firstly initializing system parameters which comprise roadside unit related parameters, vehicle related parameters, task related parameters and algorithm initial parameters; secondly, generating a matrix meeting constraint conditions, wherein each element in the matrix represents the proportion of tasks received by the corresponding vehicle, and searching the optimal solution of task unloading for on the basis of the proposed algorithm with the minimum consumption function value as the target; and finally, performing task unloading according to the allocation strategy corresponding to the optimal solution. According to the method, task unloading calculation can be optimized quickly and effectively, the time delay is effectively reduced, and the unloading calculation cost is reduced.
