The invention discloses a coal bed gas-tight gas co-exploration reservoir interference mechanism simulation system and method. The coal bed gas-tight gas co-exploration reservoir interference mechanism simulation system comprises an absorption gas simulation system, a compact simulation system, a coal bed gas saturation system, a critical desorption simulation system and a shaft drainage simulation and air-gas flow speed measurement system, wherein a right end of the absorption gas simulation system is connected with a lower part of a left end of the critical desorption simulation system, theabsorption gas simulation system is connected with one end of the compact gas simulation system, the other end of the compact gas simulation system is connected with an upper part of a left end of thecritical desorption simulation system, a right end of the critical desorption simulation system is connected with the shaft drainage simulation and air-gas flow speed measurement system, and the coalbed gas saturation system is connected with a lower end of the critical desorption simulation system. Aiming at the characteristics of coal bed gas-compact gas co-exploration reservoir interference,the coal bed gas-compact gas co-exploration reservoir interference and gas-liquid flowing characteristic is tested, the test process is scientific, the result is accurate, and a favorable condition iscreated for effective development of non-conventional gas reservoir co-exploration of coal bed gas and compact gas.
