A device for separating and recovering a hydration catalyst of method for cyclohexene hydration to prepare cyclohexanol comprises a separator, a cooler, a filter, a buffer tank and a cyclohexene extraction tower, the reaction product inlet of the separator is connected with a feed tube and is used for connecting with a hydration reactor, the light phase outlet of the separator is connected with the cyclohexanol separation tower, the heavy phase outlet of the separator is connected with the inlet of the filter through the cooler, the material inlet and the residue outlet of the filter are located below a filter medium, the liquid outlet of the filter is located above the filter medium, the inlet of the buffer tank is connected with the liquid outlet of the filter, and the outlet of the buffer tank feeds a material into the cyclohexene extraction tower through a delivery pump. The device has the advantages of simple structure, low running cost, and effectiveness in separation and recovery of the target product and the hydration catalyst in the cyclohexene hydration reaction product.
