The invention relates to a dedicated machine tool for brake drum vertical turning. A stand column is arranged on the back side of the main base. The front end of the main base is a funnel opening shaped like a frustum of a rectangular pyramid. A main shaft and a main shaft clamp are arranged on the side end of the funnel opening. A cutter head is driven by a Z-axis servo drive device and an X-axisservo drive device on the stand column. A loading mechanical arm is arranged at the outer side end of the stand column. The upper side of a mechanical arm base is connected with a linear servo deviceand an L-shaped curved plate through a rotary servo device, and the end of the L-shaped curved plate is connected with a mechanical arm gripper through an upper pneumatic chuck. The mechanical arm gripper is driven to rotate, ascend and descend by the rotary servo device and the linear servo device, and a workpiece is dropped into the main shaft clamp or taken out from the main shaft clamp. The axis of the main shaft of the dedicated machine tool is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the loading mechanical arm can automatically feed the workpiece from the material channel to the main shaft and discharge a machined brake drum back to the material channel, and therefore automatic loading and unloading are achieved; and the dedicated machine tool for brake drum vertical turning not onlyImproves processing efficiency but also saves labor, and machining cost is lowered.
