Two sliding disk type through shaft plunger pumps and an end base arranged between the two sliding disk type through shaft plungerpumps in a clamped manner are included; each sliding disk type through shaft plunger pump comprises a flow allocating sliding disk pair assembly which comprises an inclined disk and a sliding disk borne on the inclined disk; each sliding disk is of an overall structure, and is provided with a plurality of plunger ball sockets distributed on the end face of one side, a plurality of oil chambers distributed on the end face of the other side, and large-aperture oil passing holes enabling the plunger ball sockets to communicate with the oil chambers; each inclined disk is provided with a flow allocating oil groove communicating with an oil inlet and an oil outlet; and the two inclined disks are borne on the joint end base in a state of being capable of tilting relative to a main shaft. According to the serial connection type axial plunger pump, flow allocating, variable inclining and bearing functions are integrated in a sliding disk pair, the number of friction pairs is reduced, influences of cylinder body overturning and oil liquid polluting are decreased, the structure is greatly simplified, the work reliability and the work pressure of the axial plunger pump are improved, and the working life of the axial plunger pump is prolonged.
