The invention discloses a composite liner of asbestos-free beater sheets and a metal plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite liner comprises two layers of the asbestos-free beater sheets, wherein the metal plate is composited between the asbestos-free beater sheets, and silica gel lines are silk-printed on the edges of the three layers. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of 1, manufacturing the asbestos-free beater sheets and pretreating the metal core plate; 2, bonding and compounding the asbestos-free beater sheets and the pretreated metal core plate to prepare a composite plate; and 3, roll coating a layer of organic silicon coating on the surface of the composite board, stamping and forming, and finally silk-screen printing the silica gel line on theedge of the liner to obtain the composite liner. The composite liner of the asbestos-free beater sheets and the metal plate is applicable to sealing the joint surface of a vehicle power assembly. Thecomposite liner has excellent compression resilience performance, excellent corrosion resistance to lubricating oil, fuel oil and coolant as well as excellent sealing performance.
