The invention discloses a technology for continuously preparing distiller's yeast with a surface immobilization method for alcoholic fermentation. The technology includes the steps that a fiber material is immobilized in a spherical mesh and serves as an immobilization medium; meanwhile, a fermentation tank is filled with the immobilization medium, and yeast is immobilized on a fiber carrier through an adsorption effect to achieve distiller's-yeast continuous culturing. The continuous culturing immobilization technology of the distiller's yeast is lasting and stable, the production cost of theculture link of the distiller's yeast is greatly reduced, the fermentation period is shortened, the high sugar-alcohol conversion rate can be achieved by controlling the yeast concentration, and thetechnology has the high industrial application value.
