The invention relates to a solar automatic tracking control device, which comprises a microprocessor, a button, a solar sensor mounting prism, a solar sensor, an A/D converter, a stepping motor driver, a smart charging module, and a DC/DC converter. The solar sensor mounting prism (7) is a regular dodecagon prism made of a plate; the center hole (7-2) of the upper panel (7-1) of the sensor mounting prism (7) is internally provided with the solar sensor (8) for detecting the radiation intensity of the sun, the output signals are processed and are transmitted to the microprocessor for comparison, the relative position between the sunlight and the current light receiving surface of the solar panel can be determined, and the stepping motor is controlled to enable the solar panel to rotate to the best light receiving direction. When the sun radiation is lower than or higher than the working radiation, an automatic tracking controller outputs a shutdown or power-on signal.
