The invention discloses a dispatching method and system of a flexible load device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that a user load using function and a load pricing function are constructed; a load pricing scheme adapting to power consumption level is constructed, and the average power consumption level, the electricity price constant interval and the electricity price in thecorresponding interval of the flexible load device of a user are set; an initial flexible load device dispatching scheme of the user is obtained; aiming to minimize power cost, an optimal dynamic flexible load dispatching model is built and solved; if the desired electricity cost of the user is not higher than the actual electricity cost, the flexible load device dispatching scheme is updated, andotherwise, the optimal dispatching scheme is subjected to iterative solution until the optimal dispatching scheme is obtained. The load pricing scheme adapting to the power consumption level is adopted, different electricity prices are made for users in different power consumption levels, and compared with a traditional price demand response mechanism, the influence brought by external factors and the time-variant characteristic of the electricity price can be effectively avoided.
