The invention relates to a seawater desalination system and a small nuclear power output device and a power output method thereof. The small nuclear power output device comprises a cooler, a first compressor, a first regenerator, a turbine and a nuclear reactor. The cooler includes a first cold-side passage for access of an external cold source and a first hot-side passage for heat exchange with the first cold-side passage. The first regenerator includes a second hot-side passage and a second cold-side passage for heat exchange with the second hot-side passage. An output end of the first hot-side passage, the first compressor, the second cold-side passage and an inlet end of the nuclear reactor are sequentially connected to form a closed heat absorption passage. An outlet end of the nuclear reactor, the turbine, the second hot-side passage and an input end of the first hot-side passage are sequentially connected to form a closed working passage. The small nuclear power output device can generate electricity for seaborne users to provide power so as to meet the supply of seaborne power.
