The invention relates to an air intake regulation device for an engine with a dual-channel single movable part, and relates to a technical field of an aircraft. The movable parts of the device all move in an axial direction with simple structure and convenient adjustment; the device is placed outside the casing and reduces the demand for thermal protection of an actuating system. The adjusting method adopted by the device can not only adjust a flow rate of the inner channel, but also control the flow rate of the outer channel. With a synchronous control of the flow rate of the two channels, itreduces the adjustment time of the engine mode conversion. The device inlet and outlet of the device are circular interfaces, which are convenient to be connected with the inlet outlet and the engineinlet. The whole axisymmetric structure is convenient for machining; the air intake regulating device can meet the air intake adjusting demand of an axisymmetric combined engine.
