An oil flowing speed, namely a setting value of the gas relay, can be measured by the transformer simulation system, types of insulation oil can be replaced, the corresponding setting value of the gas relay is obtained, and the situation that an original gas relay cannot have a protection effect caused by different properties of the insulation oil is prevented.
