The invention relates to a comprehensive utilization system of sintered ore sensible heat and sintering flue gas waste heat of a belt-type sintering machine, and belongs to the technical field of energy saving and emission reduction of metallurgical manufacturing. The comprehensive utilization system comprises the sintering machine, a crushing device, a heat exchange-cooling device, an intermediate-temperature SCR denitration tower, a waste heat recovery device, a desulfuration device, a power generation unit and the like. A first primary pumped flue gas channel and a second primary pumped flue gas channel of the belt-type sintering machine communicate with each other and are provided with flow proportioning valves. A first path of primary pumped flue gas exchanges heat with sintered ore in a vertical cooler and then is guided into the belt-type sintering machine together with a second path of primary pumped flue gas through the intermediate-temperature SCR denitration tower, a waste heat boiler, the dry/half-dry desulfuration device and the like so as to conduct hot-air cyclic sintering of the sintered ore. According to the comprehensive utilization system of the sintered ore sensible heat and the sintering flue gas waste heat of the belt-type sintering machine, the sensible heat of the sintered ore is recycled through the airtight vertical cooler, extra supply of gas for after-burning and heating is not needed during intermediate-temperature SCR denitration, fuel gas can be guided into the belt-type sintering machine again to be used for pre-heating the sintered ore afterdesulfuration, and thus, energy consumption is reduced.
