The invention discloses a knitted elastic composite fabric which comprises a knitted upper surface layer, a knitted lower surface layer, an elastic layer and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is arranged at the bottom of the knitted upper surface layer and on the upper part of the knitted lower surface layer; the elastic layer is arranged between the knitted upper surface layer and theknitted lower surface layer by virtue of the adhesive layer; and the elastic layer is a meshed fabric composed of stretch yarns. According to the manner, the knitted elastic composite fabric providedby the invention can freely stretch and always close-fitted, the elasticity of the knitted fabric can be improved, the fabric is difficult to loosen, the fashionable element is increased, and the market requirements are met.
