The invention relates to red jujube sweetend rolls and a making method. The red jujube sweetend rolls comprise the following components in parts by weight of 80-120 parts of jujube juice, 10-30 partsof sweet potato juice, 5-15 parts of modified starch, 5-15 parts of white granulated sugar, 0.5-1 part of gelatin, 3-5 parts of metallic element nutrient granules, 3-5 parts of nonmetal element nutrient granules, 3-5 parts of lactic acid slow-released capsule granules, 1-3 parts of preservative slow-released microcapsules and 50-70 parts of water. The metallic element nutrient granules are prepared, and various nutrient enrichment substances of Fe, Zn, Ca and the like are stuffed to soybean protein porous gelatin holes, so that substances adopting a hydrophilicity three-dimensional net structure are formed and are indissolvable in water; and therefore, disagreeable taste is avoided, and the uptake and utilization rate by human bodies is increased.
