The invention discloses a lead-free ferroelectric ceramic material with a giant dielectric constant and electric modulation features and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material has the composition of (1-x)BaTi0.90Sn0.10O<3-x>Ca2LaMn2O7, wherein the x represents the mol percentage; the x is greater than 0.01 but smaller than 0.2; the BaTi0.90Sn0.10O3 and the Ca2LaMn2O7 are synthesized ina separated way by a solid phase synthesis reaction method; then, a special small-scale hybridization complicated structure is formed through mixing and one-step microwave sintering; the giant dielectric constant and dielectric constant outer field adjustable features are generated; the properties exceed all reported lead-free ferroelectric ceramics. Through experiment measurement on products, the giant dielectric constant and electric modulation features can be realized; the dielectric constant Epsilon r reaches 10<5>; the dielectric adjustable degree reaches 98 percent; the performance is stable; the cost is low; the lead-free ferroelectric ceramic material is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
