The invention relates to hot galvanized automobile outer plate bake hardening steel. The hot galvanized automobile outer plate bake hardening steel comprises chemical components including 0.0018%-0.0030% of C, 0.18%-0.27% of Si, 0.030%-0.050% of P, 0.45%-0.60% of Mn, 0.02%-0.045% of Als, 0.006%-0.010% of Nb, 0.001%-0.005% of Ti, 0.008% or less of S, 0.003% or less of N and the balance Fe, whereinS and N are limiting elements. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that firstly, molten iron desulphurization, converter smelting and RH vacuum treatment are carried out; then, molten steel is subjected to continuous casting into steel blanks, continuous casting blanks are subjected to hot continuous rolling to form steel strips, and an acid rolling integrated unit is used for carrying out acid pickling on the hot rolled steel strips; and five-pass cold rolling is carried out, and after hot galvanizing, finishing and pulling and straightening, the hot galvanized bake hardening steel is produced. The yield strength of a steel plate produced through the method is relatively low before stamping forming, part machining is facilitated, after forming, the yield strength of thesteel plate is improved in the painting and baking processes of parts through strain ageing, the parts show relatively high dent resistance, and meanwhile the steel plate achieves normal-temperaturenon-timeliness.
