The invention relates to a cultivation method of ganoderma lucidum. The cultivation method comprises the specific steps: firstly, building a greenhouse by selecting a place where are capable of insulating heat and moisturizing, good in ventilation, appropriate in rays, unobstructive in drainage and convenient to manage, and closing to a water source; strictly disinfecting a culture medium before the culture medium is placed into a greenhouse; then, selecting broad-leaved forest wood fragments which are sawn within 15 days, have the diameters of 8-20cm, are in a semi-dry state and have the lengths of 30-50cm, placing the broad-leaved forest wood fragments into plastic bags one by one, and carrying out high-temperature sterilization; cooling the broad-leaved forest wood fragments to 30-35 DEG C; then, carrying out inoculation and seedling emergence; uniformly mixing fresh soybean milk with water according to the ratio of 1:100 within one week after seedling emergence, and then, carryingout spraying to inhibit worm eggs from propagating; carrying out management at a ganoderma lucidum growing stage; and finally, carrying out harvesting when sporocarps of the ganoderma lucidum are matured. The main difference of the cultivation method and other planting methods lies in that the growth environment of wild ganoderma lucidum is adopted to the maximum extent, meanwhile, no any pesticides are adopted for preventing and controlling pests, and the original ecological growth mode of the ganoderma lucidum is completely kept, so that a better pesticide effect can be achieved.
