A liquefied gas storage tank and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. According to the present invention, in the liquefied gas storage tank, the material of a membrane, which is adjacent toa region in which a liquid dome is installed, is different from the material of a membrane, which is not adjacent thereto, such that the liquefied gas storage tank can effectively respond to the thermal deformation generated during the storage of liquefied gas.
