The invention provides a high-efficiency digital printing device. The high-efficiency digital printing device comprises a rack, a cloth conveying apparatus, an ink-jet positioning and calibrating device and a printing ink-jet apparatus, the cloth conveying apparatus comprises a conveying control system, a cloth positioning mechanism arranged on the rack, a power driving device controlled by the conveying control system and a conveying platform driven by the power driving device, the cloth positioning mechanism is located at two sides of the conveying platform, and the printing ink-jet apparatus is located above the conveying platform and comprises a nozzle assembly, a steam air channel surrounding the nozzle assembly, an ink supply assembly and an ink supply controller. The beneficial effects of the high-efficiency digital printing device are that the ink-jet positioning device and the cloth positioning mechanism are controlled to accurately locate the position of ink dropping and prevent pattern disorder caused by movement through a system; and circumferential walls of dye particles are instantaneously dried through a heating device of the steam air channel, air intervals exist among the dye particles, and the elasticity and the ventilating performance of clothes can be enhanced.
