According to the principle, a CPU installed on an acoustic wave processing module transmits a high-level signal, and an acoustic wave processor can transmit acoustic waves of a certain frequency after receiving the signal; the acoustic waves can turn back after touching a material carrier operating in a material conveying track; the acoustic wave processor receives the turn-back acoustic waves and further process the acoustic wave signal into a low-level signal, and the signal is sent to the CPU; and data collection of the material carrier on the material conveying track in the intelligent material conveying system is completed so far. According to the technical scheme, intelligent equipment can be accurately controlled, production cost is reduced, accurate production data can be provided for enterprise managers and management efficiency is improved.
