Provided is a method for determining the level of DC Pollution based on unsaturated pollution data. Based on the DC saturated pollution coefficient, a method for determining the level of pollution byusing unsaturated pollution data is presented. The method includes the steps of measuring unsaturated pollution data, calculating the saturated pollution coefficient, converting the unsaturated pollution data into saturated pollution data, and using the converted saturated pollution data to determine the level of pollution. The method is actually applied to a situation in which a DC system is putinto use for a short time, it is difficult to obtain saturated pollution data and the level of pollution cannot be evaluated. The method has strong operability, and can provide strong support for thecheck, operation and maintenance, and transformation of the external insulating equipment of the DC system.
