The invention discloses a method for monitoring bottom scouring and undermining of a semi-submersible type bottom-supported platform. According to the method, soil pressure values are tested in real time by a plurality of soil pressure devices arranged at the bottom and corners of the semi-submersible type bottom-supported platform at intervals, a contact state of the bottom of the platform and soil is judged according to tested value change of soil pressure, and a scouring and undermining distribution state of soil at the bottom of the platform is determined. According to the scheme, the method is safe, simple and practicable, and monitoring precision is high; besides, the scheme is high in reliability, high in resistance to interference and wide in applicable range.
