The invention relates to a sintering technology of a titanium-aluminum alloy, and belongs to the technical field of alloy preparation. The sintering technology comprises the following steps that S1, raw materials are mixed, wherein the raw materials comprise titanium hydride, aluminum powder, zirconium hydride and diboron trioxide, then a PVA water solution is added so that water base ball grinding can be conducted, and the ball grinding time is 2-5 h; S2, mixed powder is contained into a mold, ultrasonic wave treatment is applied to the mixed powder, then pressure is applied to achieve forming, ultrasonic wave treatment and pressure treatment are repeatedly applied for 3-5 times, and a formed blank is obtained; and S3, the formed blank is sintered in a high temperature vacuum furnace under argon shield, the sintering temperature is 1900-2100 DEG C, and heat preservation sintering is conducted for 3-5 h after the temperature in the furnace reaches the sintering temperature.
